RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind every product we sell. If the order you have received is not to your satisfaction or you have changed your mind, you may return it. KCRAFT will accept returns only within 3 days after delivery.

You must confirm that the order is correct. Any inaccuracies must be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery.

If you cancel your order any time prior to shipping, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee of 15% on total amount only. If your order has been shipped, and it is in transit to you, please contact us immediately. We will try to intercept your order and have it returned to us, but please be advised that the credit for the order will be issued as per our Return Policy.

If you refuse delivery of your order, a partial refund will be issued, as per our Return Policy. Please understand KCRAFT will not return or exchange in following term. Product that have been installed, used, resized , damaged or altered will not be accepted.

KCRAFT is not responsible for any typographical errors made during your checkout process. KCRAFT reserves the right to cancel orders, which contain typographical errors. KCRAFT reserves the right to modify the Return Policy at anytime. KCRAFT reserves the right to interrupt operation, terminate, suspend or modify access to KCRAFT store at anytime for maintenance, changes or any other reason.
